Had a busy day - we slept in for Speedys schools cross country but manged to get him there on time but unfed, didn't seem to slow him down and he came home in first place for the second week in a row.

A friend had given us some tickets for the AVIVA international athletics match at Glasgow Kelvin hall so we headed of there after lunch and had a great afternoon watching the best do what Speedy trains to do 3 times a week!

S wanted to blip the high jumper so I went for womens 60m sprinters. We didn't have the best of views some nasty pillars and poles spoiled a lot of shots.
