A Burns supper which also served to say goodbye to one student lodger (goodbye Tessa) and welcome another (hello Annabel) and introduce them and some others to this strange Scottish ritual.

I found they had secretly been making a "Burns cake" as a contribution. The main ingredients were chocolate, Laphroaig and Guinness.
