Banca March
It was a rude awakening this morning. Ben had to be at the match in twenty minutes, not warming up in an hour as I'd thought! There were cold bottoms as ever on the concrete as they valiently battled against the second in the league.
We recuperated in Café Paris briefly, bought some nice cheese and dried tomatoes from the market and rested a while before a trip to Palma.
It is ridiculous how little I venture out of the valley. I reckon nearly 80% of my shots are here. I really enjoyed walking around the dusky streets, late shoppers whizzing by. I looked up a lot, and found the passers-by doing the same as a result. This is one of the Banca March buildings on the way from Plaza España to Plaza Major. Fantastic blue tiles.
I had a great time shooting ghosts in front of churches, but found that the shots I thought would be good turned out rubbish, and the quick 'snaps' were much better.
Oh yes, I went ice-skating with little Agu, and didn't fall over, thanks to the help of a plastic penguin. Some of the shots are here, and one not by me!
Later, a few visitors came round for a little feast (Lydia, Anya and Unai) and Saturday drew to a happy close
