All that jazz

We all went out to a 'kiwi' cafe tonite (yes, in Washington...) to listen to a friend's band, the Lynne Veronneaux Trio (yes, I know, there are in fact four players...). It's a cool, jazzy, latin group and Lynne has an amazing voice.

I took many pictures and was about to toss this one, but, in spite of its other flaws, I like the movement it shows for Lynne, the singer.

Nice evening with friends, excellent food (I must visit New Zealand some day for real). Now finishing the evening with a movie.
