Short sentence

Armstrong looked at Molly. "Erm, when you say 'take care of'...what exactly do you mean?"

Molly smiled at his discomfort. "What I mean, Mr Armstrong," she said, "is that you'll be kept somewhere safe by someone that I trust. If things don't go our way today you may well be glad to be beyond the reach of your former comrades. Once they find out you've talked to us, they might want to have a word with you ... if you follow."

Armstrong nodded; yes, he followed all right.

"So, while you may not like the idea of spending some time in the Police cells, I'm sure you'll agree it's probably the lesser of two evils. Hmmmm?"
