No Flying!

Now remember Batman.... your cape is not a flying toy!

Just one of Joe's superhero costumes. I captured him in an earlier blip with the mask on. The wings are spring loaded and expant to about 4ft on pulling a rip-cord.

The warning label reads 'Cape is not a flying toy', it should probably read 'STAND CLEAR!'
