Abandoned

Another beautiful but cold seaside day. I took a walk down to the harbour in the early morning looking for photos, but came back with nothing I liked. Later I decided to take another walk, initially to the field with horses near my house which I keep going back to in an attempt to capture the shot that is in my head. Nothing doing there either so I walked on and ended up doing the circuit through the golf course, over fields and then woods to Clarach bay, and then back along the coast path. Only just over 3 miles, but it took me 2 hours! On the way there are these mysterious ruined brick huts, which I think must be remnants of the Second World War. Some clearly had stoves, fireplaces, even gardens.

And I'm baking some bread, by hand, for the first time in years.
