Sunday Sunset

Despite cold, got on my bike & did usual pilates class, then swam a mile this morning. Having a lazier afternoon listening to audiobooks & getting stuff done. Will have a well deserved soak in a LUSH bath v soon. Also, rather pleased as had hit a bit of a milestone on WW due have lost first stone :0)
