Sweet potato and spinach curry

Dashed home from work starving and rustled up this little curry! Only discovered the recipe recently and I'm hooked! Been thinking about it all day and now its all eaten and gone! I have however left enough to take to work tomorrow...pity the poor people who have to sit next to me....yes that is a big chunk of garlic on top!!!
