Back in 5. Or tomorrow.

Dancing the night away!

We just got back from Linköping, where we surprised a friend who turns 32 tomorrow, and whose girlfriend had arranged for a surprise party with a bunch of friends this weekend. We had such a great time!

We started out from Göteborg at 9 o'clock Saturday morning, and when I shot this series of pictures 2 am this morning we had crossed off our list
- cooking lunch
- surprising David
- eating lunch
- treasure hunting through Linköping (we knew where we were going, David didn't)
- sauna
- cooking and having our dinner at David's
- disturbing a neighbour by dancing and drumming too much
- relocating to a dance studio nearby (with no neighbours :))
- dancing, dancing, dancing

We left the studio at 5 o'clock this morning to get some sleep, before we reconvened for brunch at 12.

This is Sofie (David's girlfriend who arranged it all) shaking it on the dance floor, West African style, but to the rhythm of a current club tune or other :) Theo handled the cajon masterfully - I never knew dance music could sound that good with added African(-ish) drumming!

Re the fact that I haven't been on blip all week, I just started a new work assignment, and my head has been filled up with so many other things that I have neither picked up my camera, nor sat in front of the computer in the evenings. I've read a heapload of books though, that works wonders as relaxation for me!
