Bottling Apricots

It's that time of year when there is an abundance of stone fruit.
We love apricots and in past years when farming I bottled dozens of bottles of fruit every summer. Now we are city dwellers, I bottle about a lot less but I do like to have some.
They are so much tastier than the tinned fruit available here.
