More than this I hope!

I went out on the bike today.

I should have lost more weight than this!

It was a cold, damp, dreary, grey day.

I thought I'd be warm enough.
I wasn't!

I didn't stop to take any pictures.
Too cold for that malarkey.
There weren't any decent views to be had anyway.

Coniston Water was frozen over between High Nibthwaite and Park Nab at the Southern end.

The rest was ice-free apart from a fringe around the edge.
It was about 2 feet of frozen shoreline and up to a foot of the edge of the water.

I didn't think it had been that cold.

Quite a slow ride and I was glad to get home for a hot shower.
