Casa Mingo

Casa Mingo is a Madrid institution... in every sense of the word. Here the insane waiters will allow you to have many different starters, side dishes and desserts, but only one main course - splendidly roast chicken (but don´t sing or ask for coffee). You often have to queue for 15 to 20 minutes to get a table, even though a more avaricious owner could find seating for at least 30 more people in the spaces between its tables.
