I have a self-inflicted injury today.
It's called "26 ounce flu"
This is part of the cure.
Pour coca cola in a glass with ice,
Drink some
Put a small point and shoot across the top of the glass.
Press shutter.
Post to Flickr and Blipfoto as your 365 for the day
Go back to feeling sorry for yourself
