Barn
This barn sits on property that belonged to hubbys maternal grandparents. His uncle lived there after they passed away. Then his uncle, being a young man of 50 something, married one of hubbys paternal aunts. He passed away and she lived there till she passed away. Got all that? Now her children (hubbys cousins) have to sell it because auntie didn't have a will. (A good lesson here).
We're considering buying it, but need to have it appraised, etc. So we drove out to look at the place again, with our daughter, her husband and our 2 year old granddaughter. (We wouldn't move there). A nice country drive, enjoying the sunshine. Drove back a different way, stopped at a little country cafe and had dinner then on home to discover we had no electricity! I couldn't post my Saturday blip photo! So we made the call to the power company. They were working on it. Said there were 15 households without power. (We were the only ones on our particular road). Lucky us. So we drove to town and did a little shopping hoping it would be back on when we got home...NOT. So we all went to bed early, but Gracie loved being in the house in the dark because we were all using flashlights and she loves playing in the dark with flashlights. She thought it was a real hoot! So had to backblip this one. Sorry this is so long, but I could have written more. ;-)
