I shall be reading tonight..

I saw this reviewed last week and thought I must have a look at it. Sebald is an author I haven't spent any time with before so its with a sense of interest I will start on it tonight.

I spent much of my childhood and later years living in and roaming the area in this clip it has an ability to provoke long and deep thoughts in its landscape. Will be popping back there quite soon too.

I often find that by finding these pockets of descriptive inspiration it connects with your own ideas and imagery, sparking a new thought process about the landscape, although it's not a travelogue to the Suffolk coastline :-) shame I will miss the film though hopefully it will be released more widely.
