Loved today. I like feeling that me and the wee one were the only two people in the world, as I did today, We just skipped, laughed, ate, ran, tickled and giggled. Far too fast for a day off, but then I know that the week will go just as quick, so it won't be long until the next one. :-)

today, is the City chambers in town, and our lovely flags. One of which I love almost as much as the Scottish one, the Leith flag. Interesting stuff about it can be found here :) So, I had to take a photo, as it is the first time I have seen it up there. Beautiful place.

So, fairly chilled day, now home in the warmth, and going to prepare for part three of "project look after thyself and stop being a nutcase".... the excersise DVD. This weeks plan, no alcohol, some excersise, and more sleep, more water. I am getting there. :)
