Guess where?
That's right. Fountains Abbey. Decided to go for some fresh air this afternoon after a very busy morning. Yesterday I bought, after weeks of internet research, a Ricoh GX100. It was a tough decision between this and the Canon G9. I want a quality compact that shoots raw files. The review sites seem split. Some give the G9 a much better rating, some prefer the GX100. I decided I would rather have a 24mm wide end and went for the Ricoh. Got it yesterday. It is a beautiful camera. Even at ISO800 it is not as noisy as some reviews led me to believe. Fantastic images BUT.... the one I bought had about 10 extremely tiny but very annoying hot pixels. So this morning I drove 30 miles to take it back and get a refund. Then I had an eye test back near home. Busy morning needed relaxing afternoon. So we went back to Fountains Abbey with a Nikon D70 and not a new compact.
Twinblips love it here.
Why isn't EXIF data preserved with HDR images??
