Focus....Or Lack Of

I've been in a strange mood today, I think the lack of brain activity is certainly not helping, especially when all I have to do at work just now is cut / paste / cut / paste / cut.....can you see a theme emerging there?

At night I seemed to have an odd want to scare myself somehow, maybe becuase its been a while since i've been out on the mountain bike, but I certainly feel like I need to get out into the hills and just go mad, a turbo session in the garage just isn't the same.
