Food is an important part of the Nepali day. Its very much a social activity. (I think...) I've got used to the daily 'timetable' now, and I love the simplicity of a lot of Nepali food. You can cook virtually everything in a single pot, apart from the rice which is done in a rice cooker, and it goes a long way...
