Toy of the Day

I'm in love with my cake mixer: KitchenAid. It really did its job today. I made another swiss roll cake, and it turns out perfect. Well, it's not really perfect yet but to me it is.

This mixer beats and it went round and round and round!!
It didn't take that long for it to mix my cake ingredients.
I made this cake from scratch, and I thanked my
aunties for teaching and given me the recipe.
Some of the ingredients are difficult to get in US, so
most of it came from Singapore!!
That's a long way from home though.

Anyway, this mixer is my new favorite toy of the day!!
