Just when you thought it couldn't.....

get any worse, it does.

We have been plagued with many problems in the plant for a couple of weeks now, and today we have had a few more, one man made and one, well, system made.

Someone didn't start the plant up in the correct sequence and the Pan Mill filled with clay without it going round, the workforce had to dig it out. The second problem was when the transfer car to the dryer went out of sequence and lost it's way of what to do next, here we have the two fitters trying to get the system back into the correct sequence, and then watching how it works.

Another HDR today while they weren't watching, you can notice all the steam coming from the dryers over the far side, that means the dryer is working OK and drying the bricks well.

Lets hope we have no catastrophes tomorrow.
