A sudden blaze of colour then within minutes it disappears.
The Oguike Contemporary Dance I saw last night were fantastic they are appearing next at Malvern, Nottingham and Ilfracombe untill the end of Feb... then the Royal Opera House in London, well worth a trip to see them.
Out with the walking group today but first must do a couple of laps round the park as my body looks like a well packed lumpy sausage,I need to work on it as I am in danger of exploding!
