Now Where's that Little Black Thing?

Sophia looking over the stairs wondering where Neo is. They are actually getting on very well now and seem to be enjoying each others company.

Today has been very hot again about 29c, but it is very quiet at work now as the holiday season is over. We are mostly going to get overseas tourists and school groups now. It is actually quite pleasant, just wandering around in the sunshine.

At the moment Nth Qld is bracing itself for the most horrendous cyclone. It is almost unbelievable what those people will be going through in the next 24 hours. It is expected to hit at about 10pm tonight. Our thoughts and prayers are with them all.

We are about 2,000kms, (about 1243 miles) away so wont be directly affected, but we will still get some high winds and rain.

For us today has been a little better.

My husband's employer (sorry ex-employer) has agreed to pay his redundancy, see I knew he was an idiot, (he obviously doesn't know the industrial relations rules), but who cares as long as we get the money!!!

So there is a little light at the end of the tunnel.
