Clinging to Life

I like the contrast on this leaf, the way the centre shows hope, in that it looks alive, but the outer edges have died and almost withered away. I'm hoping February is going to provide a few more brighter days than January did, although it's not started especially promising :(
I'm still finding other things that don't make the blip for the day too, so, although the weather is far from ideal for photography, there's plenty out there! :)
