Perched beggars

Look at them. Aren't they despicable?
These animals know no sense of shame.
Perched up there, whoring for scraps from the passers-by. Watchful, devious, determined and pox-ridden.
Ready to pounce on any scrap, and disappear in a flash with their ill-gotten gain.

I hate them.

The pigeons on the other hand are kinda cute. They get my vote.
At least these do not pretend that they are anything but full of crap.
