Marmalade
As it turns out, it IS important what sort of oranges you use for making marmalade. It has to be Seville oranges. I tried with another sort and it didn't really work out, tho tasted good, it was too little marmalade and too much peel. This weeks venture had a much better result. I have learned my lesson!
