Elephant Head Truck
We were walking along, in the rain, singing our newly composed song to each other...
Me: I'm going to Africa
Sarah: Africa!
Me: Africa!
Sarah: She's going to Africa!
Me: Africa!
Together: HEY!
When we both happened to peer out from under our brollys and set our eyes upon this. Perhaps we found it a little more hilarious than we needed to (i think the guys in the van found us pretty hilarious) but it's not everyday you see an elephants head on the back of a truck.
It's not everyday you sign for the house of your dreams or book flights to Kenya for 5 weeks in the summer either. And i suppose it's not everyday you turn up on the doorstep of the house you are going to live in next year and ask the current dwellers if you can look round.
In other unusual news my coat smells of deep heat. Which is weird. I don't know if it was the soaking from the rain or what?
And yet despite all these abnormal and in fact rather exciting on the most part occurances today has still managed to feel somewhat dull and uneventful and... well, just normal, which is shame i feel and a bit of a waste. It's not everyday you have so many fun exciting things to enjoy and get excited about..
