SISTERS

Met my sister Sharron tonight at my friend Kath's 40th birthday party.

Knew I had two sisters from when I was about 17 but only traced them in between Christmas and New Year.

We have been in touch by phone and email since, but tonight was the first time I have met Sharron. Fiona couldn't make it as her partner is ill but we are planning to meet up next weekend.

Sharron dropped me off home and her and her partner came in and we sat talking for hours.

It was just fantastic to meet her at last! What a lovely person she is and her partner is lovely too. It's so wierd as we have a lot in common and our paths have crossed a few times without us knowing at the time.

I'm just so happy!
