Iron Hill School

This one room schoolhouse was built in the 1920s by P.S. duPont who set up a 2 million dollar trust to renovate or rebuild schools around Delaware during that decade.
For the last 40 years, it was used as a site to study history of the Iron Hill area. It is currently being restored to its 1920s identity.
