Spooks

Spooks is one of our young farm cats. We have several to keep down the rat population in the yard. They do their job really well, so much safer than putting down poison. They are fed twice a day just so they flourish and also to try and tame them because this lot are going to the vet for neutering if we can catch them. We may be too late with Spooks as her waistline seems to be expanding. This family of cats have been on the farm for over 20 years and we have seen several generations come and go and numbers fluctuating. At the present time we have Spooks mother and brothers. It is fascinating watching them interact without much involvement from us.

N went with his chums to Wincanton races today. It was sunny and windy.
