Emergency Blip

Woke up this morning felling fine. Had my shower, slight sore back. Bent down Ouch! sciatica. Saw the physio this afternoon. Had treatment, now wait till it get's better. Hence emergency blip. PS to-morrow it may be more of the same. By the way I found this collection of spoons in display cabinet. Didn't know her indoors was collecting them. (Impressed) I was.
