Shipwreck

This is part of the remains of HMS Blackcap.

Learnt something new today, this is actually a casual trespass on the remains of a disused airfield. It was a fighter base during WWII then taken over by the navy to train pilots to land on aircraft carriers, there are old photographs of the outline of different ships decks painted on the runway!

Anyway, apparently an airbase ran by the Navy is always named as if it was a ship, this was HMS Blackcap...
