First day of my training plan to race at the Kingston 8 miler in 8 weeks. Part of this year's triathlon plan...

I went to the gym so I could feel exactly how fast to run - the treadmill doesn't lie ;)

It was hard but I was still glad to be doing it - I know it will get easier and I want to be better, there's a great runner in me somewhere!!
