Mushroom and Farro Soup

I made this soup and it was DELICIOUS!!!!! Sorry the picture is less than stellar, I only had my iphone handy. :) This is a recipe from Smitten Kitchen which I am pushing again because every recipe I have made has been amazing. This soup is so easy and so flavorful. What is farro, you ask? Kind of like barley, but Italian. Don't worry, it is yummy and good for you. Just eat it. This soup will go into our regular rotation.
