Empty Nest

While cutting away a lot of Ivy I rediscovered a lamp, but also this little nest box.

Birds are nesting everywhere in the ivy, but shun the nest box...

See how I made the fence? (Used poles 10cm square, then strung 1cm voliere nets along them on both sides, then fastened 7cm rebar netting against the poles and at last filled it all up with wood chips.)
