Frustrating Day

Today had it's moments, started off OK and ended up OK, just had a frustrating middle bit!

Had booked an afternoon conference call and web presentation with a supplier in the US. We tried the software before Christmas and it worked a treat, actually was quite looking forwards to a web conference with reasonable speed. Obviously between now and then we have had an IT 'upgrade', and guess what it wouldn't work. Came home instead and did it using my home internet connection and my work PC. Yes same PC, same IT 'Policies' but worked as it should and did the call on my mobile....now how much is 90 minute to the US on O2?
