High tide

A very high tide this evening comes up to Foreshore Road, Scarborough, photographed using a slow shutter speed to give the choppy waves a smooth, creamy look.
Although it was very windy, fortunately the wind was offshore, otherwise the wind and tide would have caused flooding on the seafront.
Winter is putting up some fight before it leaves!
