Loving Hands

These hands have been through a lot....they have raised two beautiful children now young adults, they have taken care of many family members through the years...in good and bad health, they have dabbled in crafts of many kinds, they have and are teacher's hands, they have thus instructed many others, they have massaged away headaches and other muscle pains , they have always been used in kind ways...not in mean or harsh ways....these are the hands of my dear friend and I cherish them:);)

We used to connect way more when we both drove bus, but she went onto teaching in her career and I stayed in the saddle! Our families have shared many vacations , many tears of both sorrow and joys in raising our kids and in caretaking times. We don't connect as often anymore ...but we do always make some time for each other and our families. Today we had a nice, altho too short, lunchtime connection and caught up on the whims and ways of our lives!
