Physiograms

In this months Digital Photo mag. there is a whole lot of stuff about painting with light. Including dangling torches from the ceiling.

This was done with a small torch with black tape over the front and a small hole to let out a tiny bit of light. I found a single string wa too circular.

This was made with one long string and a second shorter string on a slip knot to form a Y shape.

Camera on a bean bag on the floor facing up, manual everything, ISO200, f22, 30seconds.

Then - my camera battery ran flat and the spare was flat! So no more experimenting tonight.

Still as an early attempt I am very pleased - I regret you may be seeing more of these.
