Gnarnia
A tree run at Lake Louise ski resort in Alberta.
I had actually fallen at the time of taking this picture, this is what prompted me to stop and it turned out to be a nice photo opportunity.
The two best days of my holiday have been spent at this resort. The snow today really was amazing. Maybe 1 foot or so of fresh powder in some places that made for some excellent riding. The terrain park was sorta snowed under but it was still great fun. Its nice to have something a little softer to fall on. Lake Louise, i believe, is the largest of the 3 resorts in the Banff area and is definitely my favourite. I really have enjoyed spending time there.
On another note I was having real problems with my snowboard bindings today in that the keep coming loose. My foot is strapped in tight but the baseplate is loose so it moves around, this means movement doesnt transfer properly and makes the board slightly less predictable. Ill hopefully fix it when i get home.
Until then I'll enjoy the rest of my holiday. It sure is fun out here. . .
