I forgot how good soy sauce is. I'm using a lot of it just now in stir fries, and just as a general accompaniment with rice and noodles. Tasty!

Thursday wasn't bad. Got stuff done. My team completed a survey today saying how they feel about working for Tesco, what's good, what could be better. Some of the questions relate directly to me. It's a company-wide thing, should get results in April. Interesting to see what come back. My last one was amazing, but that was with the team I'd been with for 2 years.... after only 4 months will the new people be as kind?
