It took one week precisely for the blackcap male to bring his lady to our garden....
Last saturday I saw him for the first time...today I was ready to get lunch when I noticed a bird I hdn't seen before....camera on the other side of the house....quick...get it..change lens....would it still be there....??

Yes!!!! Gotcha...it was only when & looked via the viewer I saw it was the female blackcap!
She made my day!!!!!!

Which still is stormy, gusty & lashing rain but 12 gr C!
Some mysterious bits of stuff looking like tiles came down...no idea what though...
