laundry on the line

Well, it's not really something to admire - no snowy, billowing sheets against a brilliantly blue sky, but I took a chance and hung out some washing today. Spring is definitely in the air: snowdrops pushing through, laurel and witch-hazel in bloom, days lengthening, unusually warm weather for a day or two, April-like showers and rainbows........ Don't you just love February (or possibly April or May for our Finnish friends)
