Grey and bleak and windy and horrid!

As I said in my title today was grey and bleak and windy and horrid! This is only the second time that I watch not watch Bear do his football training on my weekend but I felt very sorry for little Kirsten and decided that today we were going to come home in between. I whizzed up to pick him up again feeling very guilty however it would appear that the majority of the other parents had the same idea this weekend!

We went to see 'Tangled' at the cinema this afternoon, Kirstens first experience of cinema films and it was brilliant. She was very well behaved and seemed to really enjoy it! Felt a little bit like the evil mother when I refused to buy sweets opting for a portion of popcorn and a bottle of water between us but they are ridiculously over priced and I always find it amusing when parents stuff their children full of sweets and then act surprised when they start misbehaving!!

Anyhoo, we are having homemade pizzas for dinner tonight so I had better go and supervise otherwise they will be six inches high and I won't be able to fit them into the oven!
