Disappearing Ireland

I have started my disappearing Ireland portfolio. It is about items that were well known and used throughout the years but have now gone by the wayside. This telephone which is still being used since 1957, not by its original owner, is one of the many items from yesteryear. It actually rang while I was photographing it, immediately conjuring up memories of times past.

I hope to blip similar items, as I come across them, when I am out and about blipping.
