Britta

This is my dear friend Britta, wife of Nico & the mother of lovely Sigrid who feature in my blips quite frequently. I had a great day with them today (*throws kisses their way* Mwah, mwah, mwah!), taking pictures, cooking dinner, playing with Sigrid and just hanging out. (I'll post other pics from today on Flickr later.)

Yesterday A left for a week in the Alps (Serre Chevalier) with a bunch of our friends. Last year I went with them (to Val d'Isére), and tried to learn how to ski downhill and found it wasn't really for me, which is why this year I'm putting my money towards a week long riding trip in Iceland in July instead :) Anyhoo, I'm having a quiet evening home alone, with Photoshop, a book, the telly and the cats, and am quite tired but in a good way. I just got a goodnight text from A, so I'm thinking I'll go to sleep with a smile in a bit!
