In need of TLC

I must admit, I shed a little tear when I found my last remaining Cohiba from a Cuba trip. It needs a lot of TLC to bring it back to life. The question is, "can I do it?"
Yes, I know, I need a humidor. Got one, but is it past repair, that's the real question?
