A cake for the occasion

This blip marks my 365th entry and I figured I should put up something celebratory. Maybe a candle on top of the cake would have been in order but I did not make this cake so I didn't get to decorate it either. It was made in honor of a late colleague/professor and the clock face is relevant to her work. A glass of champagne accompanied the cake.

Anyway, I am happy to have reached 365. It took me almost a month extra to complete it, my first entry being 10th January 2010, but I don't mind. I enjoy not obsessing about it but still aiming regularity.

This is a unique place and I am very glad to be here. Thank you all who come by and note, I do appreciate every comment I get.
