Early Sunset on Waitangi Day

Wonderful cloud patterns today with a strong gusty and very hot nor west wind. There were record temperatures throughout New Zealand. Christchurch 36C, Timaru 40C and Dunedin 35C - most unusual for Dunedin. Far to hot to stroll round the garden with a cuppa in hand, a day for staying inside by the fan or by the air con.
